Ingredients:

1. 400g plain flour
2. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
3. 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
4. 170g dark brown soft sugar
5.  70g golden caster sugar
6. 250ml sunflower oil
7. 4 eggs
8. 3-4 unpeeled apples
9. 140g walnuts, roughly chopped

Hello everyone. As you may notice this baby shower cake is decorated  similar to my previous cake and the recipe  is pretty much the same as the last baby shower cake. The design of this baby shower cake is probably one of the easiest designs that you can make at home. That being said, it's also very beautifully decorated. You can also add small different details around the cake, use your creativity and inspiration if you feel that's something missing with your cake. The one thing I like most about this specific baby shower cake is the clean design. As I said, It gives you the freedom to play with different figures on the cake. You can change figures and small details easily from the cake without damaging the fondant itself.

Baby Shower Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 350g plain flour
  2. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  3. 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
  4. 150g dark brown soft sugar
  5. 60g golden caster sugar
  6. 250ml sunflower oil
  7. 4 eggs
  8. 3 unpeeled apples, coarsely grated
  9. 120g walnuts, roughly chopped

Note:

First of all heat the oven to 150'C, 130'C fan. Put the bicarbonate soda, flour, and cinnamon in a big bowl, then stir in the sugars, you have to make sure that there aren't any lumps of sugar. Next, add the oil, eggs and apples, and beat everything together. Fold in the walnuts then divide the mixture between the tins and bake for 45 minutes, or until you think the cake is baked the way you like it. Finally, make sure that you allow the cake to cool for a few minutes in the tin and you're all done!
